Fajita Chicken Bake
Ever since Matt and I got married in 2014, I have been trying to add meals that he loves to my recipe binder. Easy to say, I have had a lot of trial and error dinners over the last few years, but now I finally have found quite a few recipes that we both love! I have learned that in our house chicken, cheesy, and spicy are always a big hit. This fajita chicken bake is something that I make a lot because we both love it! It is so simple, delicious, and it reheats great for lunch the next day also! I hope that your family enjoys it as much as mine does!
Monterey jack cheese
-Wash & Cut bell peppers, slice cheese
-season chicken; I use chili powder and garlic salt
-add sliced bell peppers to top of chicken
-Cover with cheese, put in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes
This is the rice that I make to go with the chicken! It is delicious and has a nice spice to it! It goes so great with the chicken!
