Baby Registry List Must Haves!
Becoming a mom is stressful. I mean, don't get me wrong it is so exciting- but also so stressful. Especially when you have had zero experience with babies in general. What do you really need? This is our third pregnancy and I am going to be completely honest- the items on my list have completely changed since baby number one. We have had experience with amazing products and also with products I would never recommend. There are also products that you will buy that you will most likely never use. So what do you really need to add to your registry? I made a checklist of the items that I consider to be a must-have item! I also shared a few of my absolute favorite items below that I have discovered over these last 3 babies.
Crib I highly recommend getting a convertible crib like this one! It can be converted into a toddler bed, day bed, or full bed! This way it can grow with your baby! I am also obsessed with these crib sheets by Burts Bees! They are so soft and gender neutral!
Not all babies sleep in their crib- especially in the first few months. There are so many co-sleeping and bassinet options, but one of my favorite co-sleepers is the DockATot.
Changing Pad & Cover Similar to the Burts Bees crib sheets, this is one of my favorite changing pad covers! It is soft and machine washable!
This Wyze Cam is the absolute best "baby monitor" that I have ever used. We had a very expensive baby monitor and once we got the Wyze cam, we got rid of the baby monitor. You can download the app and have multiple cameras connected to your phone, record video, talk through the camera, and even get notifications when noise or sound is detected!
These reusable nursing pads are soft and extra absorbent. They are so much better and softer than the disposable ones!
This is an item I didn't use until my third pregnancy, and I am kicking myself for not buying one the first time around. Literally a sleep saver.
These bottles are the only one we will ever use! They help prevent colic, burping, gas, and spit up.
You can never have too many burp rags! These Burts Bees ones are my favorite because they are extra absorbent and are organic cotton!
If you plan on giving your baby any bottles (formula or breast milk) then this bottle warmer is the best and quickest way to warm them up!
We are obsessed with anything we buy from Graco and this is a perfect option if you are wanting a jogger stroller!
I love this diaper bag because it is super cute and a backpack! If you are on your first baby, you might enjoy a shoulder bag, but if you have more then one you need all the hands you can get!
We love this rock n play. Both of our kids absolutely loved laying in it! It was the only way I was able to sneak a shower in!
This grooming care kit comes with everything you could possibly need for your little one!
These Aden + Anais swaddles are the absolute best blankets for swaddling that we have ever used! They are lightweight and both our kiddos loved them!
Infant Tub This bath support tub is a great option if you are going to be bathing them in the tub, but if you are planning on doing baths in the sink for a little while, I highly recommend this Bath Lotus!
This is my favorite diaper pail because it is odor absorbing technology helps so much and it has a foot pedal for hands free opening!
This s a lifesaver when grocery shopping! It leaves so much space for your groceries versus putting the car seat in the cart and trying to fit groceries around your baby! This hammock can hold your baby OR the entire car seat up to 50 pounds! I got so many compliments and questions about this thing while at the store! It's crazy how many moms don't know this exists! It is definitely a must have if you have a baby who can't sit in the cart yet or two young kids!
Those are a few of my personal favorite items that I have discovered over the course of 3 pregnancies. What are some awesome items you love? If you are a pregnant mama and want to print the checklist for reference, you can print it out here!
