Hospital Bag Checklist + PinkBlush Delivery Robe
Those of you that know me know I am a total planner. And to clarify what I mean by "total planner" I mean I'm that person who writes in my planner that I need to update my planner for next week. So when it comes to my hospital bag, you can rest assured that I have done my research and know without a doubt what I will need to bring with me. Last time we delivered there were a couple things I never used and a few things I wish I had so I created a checklist and decided to share a few of my must have items!
The number one item on my list of things to bring was my PinkBlush delivery and nursing robe. I had been looking for the perfect robe to bring with us to the hospital because robes make it so easy to feed your baby and also cover up quickly when a visitor is walking into the room! The day I got this in the mail, I wore it around the house for hours! It is the softest (and cutest) robe I have ever seen. I was so excited to put it in my hospital bag and can't wait to wear it while we are in the hospital! If I'm being honest I will probably be wearing it all the time once go home also! You can get this robe and see all of the cute maternity and non-maternity clothes they have at PinkBlush here!
*special thanks to PinkBlush for this delivery/nursing robe-all opinions are my own*
A boppy was another thing I knew I had to bring! It makes feeding and holding your baby so much easier while lying in the hospital beds! You can get your own boppy here!
Another item I did not want to forget was dry shampoo! Dry shampoo saved my life last time and I knew that I had to bring it again. You want to spend as much time with your precious newborn as possible so do yourself a favor and bring the dry shampoo! You will be happy you brought it when you look back at photos and your hair looks good! I love these ones! They smell amazing and work wonders!
A pillow for dad, sleep sacks for baby, and a camera are also must have items! The hospital pillows usually aren't very comfortable and when you ask for more half of the time they never make it to your room. Your hubby will thank you when he has his comfy pillow to sleep on! Sleep sacks are a must have for baby! They are so helpful because anytime the baby needs to be checked or changed you don't have to unbutton a million buttons! They are life savers even after the hospital- especially for those late night diaper changes!
What are some of the must have items on your hospital checklist?!
