Kids Bathroom Reveal!
This post feels like a lonnnggg time coming! I've been working on their bathroom for the past couple weeks anytime I get some down time! I've been dying to redo their bathroom but with all our house projects going on, I knew I needed to keep the cost down for this project! Maybe one day we will replace the floors and get a new vanity, but for now, I am obsessed with how our bathroom looks!

The total cost for this bathroom remodel was approx: $300
Here is the cost breakdown:
Cabinet Paint - $36 (color is sea sage)
Tile Paint- $50
Tile Stencil- $45
Light Fixture- $89 (I got it on sale, and now it shows out of stock- so here is the exact brand, but smaller size!)
Shower Rod- $28
New Shower Curtain- $13
Gold Towel Hook- $4.99
As difficult as parts of this project were, I am in love with the way it turned out! Check out what the bathroom looked like before!

And here is the after!

The first thing I did was paint the cabinets and spray paint the faucets! I used this paint for the cabinets! The biggest tip I have is to apply with a foam roller like this one!
The floor is 100% painted! It took forever, but I love how it turned out! I wanted to show you guys a close up so you can see, the grout lines from the previous tile still show through, but you can hardly see them! You can check out how I painted our tile here!

Another thing I did was frame our mirror! This is such a cheap upgrade! I used 1 X 3s and liquid nails! Be sure to cut your wood at a 45 degree angle! I also replaced our vanity light! The one I found on Amazon isn't available anymore, but you can find the exact light but 3 pendant, here!

The other thing I did was take out our old medicine cabinets and created this built in shelf! It was a simple project that totally changed the feel of the room!

The other change I made was switching out the shower rod, curtain, and hooks! I also made this print for their bathroom and rack to hang their towels on!

Have you been doing any projects recently?! What do you think our next project should be?
